University City is hospitals and campuses: HUP, CHOP, Penn Presbyterian, and tens of thousands of students and researchers who need something notarized for a visa, a lease, a grant or a family emergency back home. West of 52nd, it's rowhouses, churches and families handling deeds and estates. All of it is $45 flat.
Many of my University City clients are abroad-bound or just arrived; online sessions are handy here, since the recipient is often overseas and the signer is between classes.

Parking and access
Campus and hospital garages are reliable; for rowhouse blocks west of 45th, an exact address and a note about the front door (ring, knock, side entrance) helps me find you fast.
