A notary at your table.

Where

All of Philadelphia, the Main Line, and Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks counties. Two flat travel zones, no mileage math.

When

Visits by appointment, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Often same day in the city, next day in the suburbs. Evenings after 7 PM, weekends and holidays add $25 once per visit.

What to have ready

  • Photo ID for every signer
  • The complete, unsigned document
  • Any witnesses the document requires
  • Payment: card, Apple Pay, Zelle or cash

How a visit works

Booked to sealed, without the runaround.

  1. 01

    Book the visit

Pick a one-hour window, give the address and the document type. Mobile visits are confirmed by text, usually within the hour, so I can check the drive.

  2. 02

    Gather IDs and signers

Everyone who signs needs government photo ID (current, or expired less than three years). Don't sign anything beforehand; signatures happen in front of me.

  3. 03

    I come to you

I text when I'm on the way. We check IDs, I confirm each signer understands and is willing, you sign, and I complete the certificate with ink seal and embosser.

  4. 04

    Pay at the table

Card, Apple Pay, Zelle or cash. The itemized receipt is emailed before I've reached the car.

Pricing

Flat travel. State-set fees.

Pennsylvania fixes the notarial fee at $5 for the first signer and $2 for each additional name on the same certificate. The travel fee is disclosed before any notarization and itemized separately on your receipt and in my journal, as the regulation requires.

Where I meet people

Wherever the signer is.

Most mobile work is for people who can't easily get out: patients, elders, new parents, people at work. Tell me about access, parking and who else will be there and I'll plan around it.

  • Homes and apartments
  • Hospitals and rehab centers
  • Senior living and nursing homes
  • Offices and coworking spaces
  • Title companies and law offices
  • Coffee shops and lobbies
  • Car dealerships and tag shops
  • Jails and detention centers (with notice)

Mobile FAQ

Good to know before I arrive

How quickly can you come?
Often same day in Philadelphia, next day in the suburbs. Tell me the deadline and I'll be honest about what's possible.
What if the signer is in a hospital and heavily medicated?
A notary must be satisfied the signer understands the document and is signing willingly. If that isn't clearly the case I'm required to decline, and I'd rather tell you in advance than at the bedside. Mornings before medication rounds often work best.
Do you bring the forms?
I carry loose acknowledgment and jurat certificates for documents that are missing one. I don't prepare or choose documents; that's legal advice a notary can't give.
Can you notarize in a language other than English?
The notary and the signer must be able to communicate directly. I work in English; translated documents are fine as long as the notarial certificate is in English.
Where exactly do you travel?
Anywhere in Philadelphia for a flat $45, and Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks counties and the Main Line for $65. Homes, offices, hospitals, senior communities, title companies, coffee shops.

Need someone today?

Pick the earliest open window and I'll confirm by text. If it's urgent, text me first and I'll tell you honestly what's possible.
