What happens when you click the link.
The session runs on a Pennsylvania-approved platform with my branding, so the screen will say Hereby Notary. Here's every step, so nothing surprises you.

Open your personal link
It arrives by email and text after booking, and again shortly before your appointment. Use Chrome or Safari on a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera. Nothing to install.

Confirm your details and document
Check your name and email. If you uploaded the document when booking, it's already there; otherwise upload the unsigned PDF or a clear photo now.

Answer the identity quiz
Five multiple-choice questions generated from public records about you (a past address, a car you owned). You have two minutes and one retry with new questions. Pennsylvania requires this step; it's the same check banks use.

Photograph your ID
Front and back of a current government photo ID. The system checks the security features and matches the photo to your face on camera.

Meet me on video
I join, confirm who you are and that you understand the document and want to sign it. If your document needs witnesses, they join the same session.

Sign and receive
You sign electronically where I show you. I apply my electronic signature and seal, and the tamper-evident PDF is delivered to you immediately. Payment by card or Apple Pay at the end.
Before we start
Six small things that make it smooth.
Good light, steady camera
Face a window or lamp; prop the phone rather than holding it.
Current ID, not a photo of one
Expired IDs don't pass online. Have the physical card in hand.
Don't sign early
A pre-signed document can't be notarized. Signatures happen on camera.
Know where it's going
If the recipient has rules about electronic notarization, tell me and I'll check.
Headphones help
Especially on a laptop, to avoid echo on the recording.
Plan 30 minutes
Most sessions finish in 15 to 20; the rest is buffer so nobody rushes.

- Driver's license or state ID card (current)
- U.S. passport or passport card (current)

If something goes wrong
Quiz fails twice, camera won't connect, document won't upload: text me at (484) 963-4040 during your window and I'll walk you through it or move you to a mobile visit. No fee if we can't complete.
